How are you doing at the mid-way(ish) point this year?
Ok, so It's EARLY June not the end of June but we're basically halfway through the year... particularly when you consider our results show up 90 days after the action. 😬 For example, our December closings are based on October's actions. Long way of saying, although we're 5 months into the year more of the selling year has passed than you think. ... So the question is... how are you doing with your goals? Are your closed and under contracts greater or less than 50% of your goal? 🎯 I'll shamelessly say that I'm behind on my goals. I have my reasons, I have my excuses, but they don't get me results. So I'm turning the heat up NOW 🏃‍♂️ I'll share how I'm digging out in a day or so once we get some engagement on this post...

Absolutely feel this. I’m behind where I want to be, but I know the effort compounds—and like you said, the work we put in now is what pays us later. 🔁 I’ve been dialing up the intensity these past couple weeks and treating every day like Q4 is already here. Let’s lock in and make the second half undeniable. 👊🔥

@Lou Raven After checking my trackers and realizing my issue was just not calling enough I made the decision i wont let myself fall behind anymore and will instead atart calling extra every week until i catch up to where i want to be!

What are your favorite ways to restart conversations with cold leads who have ghosted you?

one trick i love is to call and leave a voicemail saying "hey i just want to make sure im providing my clients with the best service possible. Are you still planning on (Buying/Selling) because if plans have changed let me know so i can stop bothering you (with a little laugh)." Sometimes people ghost because they feel guilty due to plans changing and dont want to give you the bad news so that gives them out.
