Where to look in front lever and front lever pull ups?
Yo bros if anyone can do a front lever pull up for reps, where do you guys normally look? I’ve been looking at my feet but I heard a famous calisthenics coach say look at the bar or slightly pass the bar. Here is a video

You Asked. I Listened❤️
A little while ago, I asked all of you one simple question: "What is the biggest thing you're struggling with in your calisthenics journey?" I expected a lot of different answers... But something became very clear. The biggest struggle wasn't motivation. It wasn't talent. It wasn't genetics. Reading through all of your comments, the same themes kept appearing over and over again: ✅ How should I structure my training? ✅ How do I balance calisthenics with work, school, and life? ✅ Why am I stuck on the same skill for months? ✅ Am I training with the right intensity? ✅ Is my technique actually correct? ✅ How do I know what my weak points are? ✅ How do I stay consistent? ✅ How do I recover properly? ✅ How do I finally break through plateaus? And honestly... Those are exactly you should be asking because if you have the answers to all of them, YOU WILL PROGRESS! That's why I've been working hard to build the Calisthenics Masterclass around these exact problems. Inside you'll now find: 🏆 Weekly feedback on your technique so you stop guessing. 🏆 Live coaching calls where you can ask questions directly. 🏆 A supportive community that keeps you accountable and motivated. 🏆 Step-By-Step system from your first handstand all the way to advanced skills like the Front Lever, Planche, Muscle-Up, and more. 🏆 Insane Rewards to keep you extra motivated! My goal isn't just to give you workouts. It's to remove the guesswork. Because once you have a proven system, know exactly what to improve, and have someone helping you stay on track... Progress becomes so much simpler. So if you were one of the people who commented, or if you read those comments and thought, "That's exactly what I'm struggling with too." I'd love to have you inside. I am so confident in how well the Masterclass works, that if you are not progressing faster than you are doing now within the first month, you get ALL your MONEY back! If you are still hesitating , you also get a 7-day free trial to check it out and see if its a good match for you!

Are You Eating Enough Protein? 🥩💪
We put a lot of focus on training hard, progressing our exercises, and staying consistent. But the work you do outside of your workouts matters too. If you're training hard, which I know most of you here are, your body needs enough protein to recover, maintain/build muscle, and adapt to your training. A simple guideline to use is: 🥩 Around 2g of protein per kg of bodyweight per day. For example: If you weigh 90 kg: 90 × 2g = 180g of protein per day. You don't have to hit the exact number perfectly every single day, but it's a great target to aim for, especially when you're training consistently and want to maximize your progress. Now I'm curious 👀 Are you currently getting around 2g of protein per kg of bodyweight every day? And if you know it, how many grams are you currently eating per day? 👇
