Hate to be that guy, but I joined when Hamza was advertising in his videos that he's in the community for hours at a time giving personalized video feedback to members

When I joined the yearly option however, to get this benefit (as it's only for the VIP tier, the highest one that I bought) he quickly stopped doing it after only 2 weeks or so.

I contacted support asking for a PARTIAL refund, but his team even declined that one...
The courses are useless, feedback is the only thing I joined for
