Interviewing NinePoint for $1M Club - ECHI and TKN
I am talking to them primarily about: ECHI — Ninepoint Enhanced Canadian HighShares ETF TKN — Ninepoint Crypto & AI Leaders ETF Please leave any questions you have below, or questions for any other funds you are interested in, and I will ask them if their legal teams allow it

Ninepoint has built ECHI to capture more upside than its competitors. Would moving to a twice-monthly or 'DayMAX' style payout force you to give up that growth potential? What is Ninpoint competing against and hoping to attract dollars away perhaps Hamilton | Harvest HDIV or HHIC? Let's face it Canadians only have so many dollars to go around and why should Ninepoint attract my dollars from 2 favourite brokers. Also since new I alway worry about making a core position when a seed to watch and wait. Always hipe around new funds what assurances are there...
Duolingo News might help. I sold out of position for break even. (not investment advice)
Simply Wall ST DuolingoDUOL Last Price$105.02My Fair ValueSelect New major risk - Revenue and earnings growth Earnings are forecast to decline by an average of 32% per year for the foreseeable future. This is considered a major risk. Ultimately, shareholders want to see a good return on their investment and that generally comes from sharing in the company's profits. If profits are expected to decline, then in most cases the share price will decline over time as well. In addition, if the company pays dividends it will also likely need to reduce or cut them, striking a dual blow to total shareholder returns. Currently, the following risks have been identified for the company: Major Risk - Earnings are forecast to decline by an average of 32% per year for the foreseeable future. Minor Risk - Significant insider selling over the past 3 months (US$606k sold).

No FOMO for me all just opportunities. I hire and fire everyday last 11 years and like you always looking for opportunities. I done well with VCU.v QNC.v and your PTU.v but again I move on them and don't fall in love with any of them - never have. I did buy in 10k into CLSA as a seed position and MSTE I got 50k that is enough. Today monthly retire old guy BK meeting LOL this morning with one 13 people I help privately he pointed out to me MLPI which was interesting. I have foundational picks in ENCL and UTES but I might keep it on a watch just $5-$6 higher for entry. Unlike you, I generally don't hold onto too much cash but I will deploy 20k to 30k from HELOC when needed also have 40k for Smith Man. non secured. I just don't like having things called in as I am patient. Guys that use Margin like few Influencers that is okay but I don't like my 9 portfolios messed with and odd time get caught little bit of interest. One fellow trying retirement Cover Call Allstar but he got luxury of a trade and in his 40s. I don't like going above 10% in any speculation and leave 90% engine to my retirement. I also downsizing to capture 200k instead of locking in a house...
