Chat GPT Archive
Im working on a project thats in one chat. The chat is so big now it takes a long to process files and I get errors and timeouts. Is there a way to archive some of the information and chatgpt still will track accurately our history? Or what another way to avoid this. Its writing code for me and some of the files have lots of lines of code. Help!

Hey @Smitty Smith good question - Claude solves this problem with auto-compaction - you can do something similar with ChatGPT by asking for a 'kick-off prompt' with all necessary context from the existing session to bring into a new session. However - it sounds like your reaching the upper-limits of the web-based ChatGPT capabilities. You should move over to working in your CLI (terminal on Mac, command prompt on PC) - you can ask ChatGPT how to get it set-up (it's called Codex for OpenAI or Claude Code for Anthropic). You'll have much more technical capabilities there to write code & process large files. And it will all live on your computer (with a backup on GitHub if you set that up as well - I recommend it!) nice! yes, but you don't have to copy & paste code into VS Code, you can have Codex or Claude Code just write it all directly into your repo with no in-between steps

What is your win when a borrower refinances your note?
If you could refer your performing and re-performing loan borrowers to a licensed MLO for a refinance, what would be your biggest win? Comments are welcome.

We love refinances! Wish I could pick "all of the above" Clean exits are great, title companies never ask for every last piece of documentation as long as you have a recorded assignment of mortgage. And of course, full payoffs always beat a discounted settlement!
