Don't lower your price. Zero response isn't a price problem, it's a reach problem. If price were the blocker, you'd be getting people who ask about it and then say no. Silence means the offer never actually landed in front of a parent who could say yes. Flyers to schools, churches, counselors, and agencies get stuck at the gatekeeper. Someone has to physically hand that flyer to a parent, and most of the time it sits on a bulletin board or gets buried in an inbox. That's not your outreach failing, that's just how institutional distribution works. It's slow, and it needs a warm relationship, not a cold drop. Before you touch the price, fix the reach: 1. Get in front of parents directly. Local parent Facebook groups, church parent nights, PTA meetings, anywhere the actual buyer already is. 2. Get one person at each school or church to personally recommend you, not just post a flyer. A warm handoff from someone parents already trust converts completely differently than a flyer on a wall. 3. Make it easy to say yes. A signup form they fill out in 60 seconds beats "call or email us" every time. 4. Borrow trust you don't have yet. This is new, and it's their kids. A short video of you explaining the group, plus a couple of parent testimonials (even from a small pilot), does more than a discount ever will. If you still want to test price, don't discount the full launch. Run a free or low-cost pilot with 5-10 kids first. Get real testimonials from that, then relaunch at full price backed by proof. That's a different offer than "cheaper," and it outperforms a discount every time.
