This doesn't have to be about work either: It could be intentionally spending time with family, calling an old friend, forgiving someone who hurt you, closing a new client, finally hitting the gym, cooking instead of ordering out, less doom scrolling on instagram, getting the kids to school on time every day, paying off a debt, setting a boundary you've been avoiding, taking your dog on that long walk, reading an actual book, having a difficult conversation, or simply making it through a hard week with your sanity intact.
