Ok. I’m @David Vogel ’s one hit wonder. I’m beavis to his butthead. I had a post that went crazy in here about two months ago: I got a verbal agreement to start an ai transformation. ‘Good news!” Well in the meantime the CFO switched, new employees entered to scene…the allocation of resources became stricter. People went on vacations. I learned a greater depth to how this company needs to pass fees through to entities. It got complicated. Slower. More …who knows…maybe? Well…I signed the agreement with them today. 6mos. Same project I pitched for 3mos but at a slower financial drip for company. A few caveats that weren’t AI related that I’m happy to get as designer… All based around -what does the company I bill…bill this to and measure it against? General AI world communicates and pitches more like, “GAH’ I built a spaceplane and went to andromeda today and yesterday I was just making nachos! “ I’m being extreme to make a point. But, the insight is that decisions and agreements take mutual comprehension and clarity of vision AND performances from many different parties with different perspectives. Yes ‘outcomes’, but it’s a gamble. ‘Potential outcomes’ You have to de-risk your bet—-while you keep studying the table. AI news and marketing mostly is whizbang fomo nonsense. The work and success is in mutual agreements and buy-in. AI is just a tool. The work is finding problems and spending the time with all the parties to create buy-in on solutions. Is a camel a horse by group-design? Yes—- but if everyone wants to live maybe it’s the better animal. Anywho. Get buy in. Listen. Adjust. Listen. Adjust. Listen. Adjust.

This course set me up with the knowledge. One of my clients is picking up 10 seats of Claude enterprise and I’ll be leading the team on how to get set up correctly for the long term. Cheers. Let’s hope this is just the beginning!

For many years, there's been so many CRMs for real estate agents, but what I've found is it's only as good as you use it. Because real estate agents are so reactive and proactive, there isn't enough time to update the CRM yourself (well, there is, but you can use your time better elsewhere) so, from my learnings, I've tried to make an internal CRM using Claude and the ICM folder structure. I've been building this over about two months. I just had my PB month of listings, 8 listings! previous 5 PB. The thing I found most helpful is that Claude would find leaks in leads, and give suggestions on who of my buyers could be a seller. Claude obviously has a better memory than I do and can remember who I should be following up with and who I spoke to. The current stack is Claude + Plaud (Ai note taker) and just getting into Hermes. Plaude would note take conversations in home opens and on phone calls, I've set up an N8N automation that would mirror the transcription and put it into my folder structure, and Claude would transcribe it and place things where they need to, buyers / addresses / follow ups ect. As much as it's helpful, I feel like I need to give an ICM folder update, tend to use a lot of tokens to figure out what im saying and where to look. Maybe I need more Routers / folders within? Would love some suggestions from the community on where they think I could improve, enhance, or streamline the folder structure. PS. Anyone a Hermes lord? Hello Clief Notes Family! You may have noticed that I have not been posting as much. Some of that has been intentional, I was posting a lot and being number 1 feels good, but seeing others who work so hard to bring knowledge and value to our community shining feels good also! Another big portion of why I have not been posting is that I have been chasing my dream, I have applied to many ambassador programs and I have been ghosted or I have not been the right fit for them. This does not mean I was not the right fit to be an AI ambassador! I wanted to share, that today is different, today I have won, I have been accepted as Generative AI Ambassador in the company I work for! I will be giving workshops, writing articles and sharing my knowledge with my colleagues everyday, I will be Teaching about AI, 2 of my passions in one place! Teaching and AI. I wanted to thank you all for being one of the most supportive, inspiring, and impactful forces in my life.
