I made a few calls last week to learn what I could've done better in this course and carry that over to the leadership one. I could have done a better job holding everyone accountable, and we will definitely improve that for the Leadership program with more ongoing accountability. Also, stay tuned because we’re creating Week 7 for everyone, which will include AI for time management. Big thanks to @Matthias Schweiker for helping with that. Great week!, I really liked the summary of everything. 10 year plan --> 1 year plan --> quarterly 30/60/90 plan --> Weekly plan --> daily plan --> 15 min tasks Definitely makes me feel in control of my time and Personal Development!

I really liked the 6 different types of rest. I never really liked resting and saw it more of like a recovery time for my body. But having to rest mentally is definitely important I have realized! Will understand better now how to rest, by still being productive towards my goals.

One thing that I really took from this class and that I started implementing is to start the morning with working out/planning/clearing the head. It gives me a lot of mental control for the day, which makes me more energetic and productive. I like the principle, motion creates motion. And that sets me up for the rest of the day!

I loved the 8 key areas of life part! I have learned a lot about compartmentalizing. But now being able to see the actual parts and knowing how to put 100% to just one of the parts is definitely helped me over the past weeks, thanks for that!
