The session will allow us to share the pros and cons of AI notetakers and develop a set of "Social Rules" that we can use as inspiration to create our own guidelines when we attend or arrange meetings and have to consider notetakers. Ideas for discussion include: - Timings - should we let people know we intend to bring an AI notetaker prior to the meeting? - Data - everyone is concerned about data leaks so how do we build trust with other attendees? - Rationale - some notetakers are a genuine aid to people, so when there is a ban, could there be exceptions? - Appointed notetaker - should the organiser appoint one notetaker and distribute the notes? Lots to think about. Spread the word. The more the merrier.
