@Bruce Stayne bravos 👏👏👏
Post Your Breath Hold (Week 43: Oct 21st - Oct 27th)
Post all your Breath Hold Times here! Let's go & double your breath hold! 🧑‍🏫 Step 1: Take an inhale, start your stopwatch & hold your breath. Step 2: Post your time here so you can get feedback and points Step 3: Head on over to the Classroom & follow the instructions Already participated last week, or last month? No worries, you can post and do it as much as you want (as a matter of fact, we'd only encourage it 😎) And if you done the challenge once (or twice), feel free to shake it up a little bit. Do exhale breath holds only for a week, or take it easy and do 1-2 breath holds a day without going for a max. Variety is the spice of life. Get to level 4 in the Leaderboards, and you unlock the Superhuman Lungs training protocol (who doesn't want to have lungs like the Human Dolphin?) Post at least 3 times before the week is over, and you may be the lucky winner of the Breath Hold Mastery course 😎 And last (but not least) a little shout out to last weeks top 10 leaderboard: @Curro Cachinero @Tina Mosner @Abdou Aziz @Mucchan Toshima @Denis Blanchard @Luca Pinelli @Abednego Moses Suryanda @Elliot Raboy @Bruce Stayne @Sophie Caron Bodart

Week 2 day 7 Dive 1 : 1'13" Dive 2 : 1'28" Dive 3 : 1'37" Dive 4 : 3'01" Feeling calm in dive 4. I improve awareness what is happening in my body when I breath hold. The way for better mindset 🙂.

W1day4 dive 1 : 45" dive 2 : 1' dive 3: 1'15 dive 4 : 1'41 W1 day5 : i don't meet my inner dolphin 🥲🙂 W1 day6 exhalation : 1'45 inhalation : 2'28 W1day7 discomfort : 1'18 + 15" : 1'30 i change position (liying on my bed to sitting because tension stomach. I burped...and just after i felt very sad (i didn't know why...), came tears, i let me cry. After, I felt better. I remember the chapter relaxation/trauma in breathwork academy. This illustrate emotions or memories can arrive during relaxation. I have already experienced it, and thanks to the course, now, I know that it is a process of memory and emotional cleaning. So I kept 😊 90% : 1'59 max : 3'05 Warmly 🌞

A Stig conference remembered peace that apnea brought me. Well being and love through the power of breath associated with body, mind... and share it.
