Today @Lucy Hutchings and I spent the Sales coaching hour reviewing a sales call she had with a prospective client. We analyzed what she could have said and asked that would have closed the sale. We also analyzed a few DM conversations she was having to book more sales calls. My favorite part, though, was when she was reporting back about her most recent Sugar Challenge. We have spent a lot of time changing and tweaking her webinars to help it perform better and now that she's been able to really implement a lot of what we talked about, she had 15 people attend her masterclass and booked 11 SALES CALLS! The secrets? 👑 The masterclass was a training with the 3 biggest tips that her clients need help with. 👑 She told each tip as a story about working with a client (and revealed the tip at the end of each point to keep the curiosity going). 👑 and she made the presentation more inspirational and less technical. and BAM! 11/15 sales calls. That is 73% of the people who attended booking a sales call with her! After reviewing everyone's input, we'll postpone the trip until 2027. In the fall, we'll start planning. It looks like next year we'll go on a trip to Ireland! Last year I went to Costa Rica and I promised you all that we'd make a trip to Costa Rica in 2026! My goal is for us to take a trip somewhere around August or September. Something really cool is happening and it honestly feels like a dream come true. I have always had a series of helpful books that I am putting together.
