Hi i'm Alison and I live in the Lake District with my two sons. I am a health practitioner, author of The Jigsaw Method, and runs wellbeing retreats. I have a passion for great tasting food that gives you energy and zest for life!

I'm Robyn. I'm fascinated by the wisdom of the body and why symptoms show up when they do. I help people explore what's beneath the surface of ongoing health and wellbeing challenges so they can move from fear and frustration towards greater understanding, trust, and choice. I'm a wellbeing practitioner, speaker, nature lover, animal lover, and author of Take a Walk on the W·I·L·D® Side.
