The AI Gold Rush is Here – Are You Ready?
AI automation isn’t just the future, it’s happening now. Businesses know they need AI, but most don’t know where to start. That’s where the real opportunity is. Right now, 80% of businesses need automation, yet only a small fraction are using it effectively. That gap is where AI agency founders are stepping in and turning automation into real revenue. If you’re thinking about launching an AI agency or offering automation services, here’s what actually matters: - Businesses don’t care about AI, they care about results. Focus on efficiency, cost savings, and revenue growth. - You don’t need to be a developer. The right frameworks and tools can help you build solutions fast. - Selling AI services is easier when you solve real problems. Every industry has bottlenecks AI can fix—you just need to identify them. Where Most People Get Stuck (And How to Move Past It) 1. They try to learn everything at once. Instead, pick one niche, one AI tool, and one problem to solve. Master that first. 2. They focus too much on the tech. What matters is how businesses use it. The best AI agencies sell solutions, not software. 3. They don’t have a system for getting clients. Learning how to automate client acquisition is just as important as building AI solutions. Once you crack these three things, building and scaling an AI agency becomes a real possibility. The question is—are you positioning yourself to take advantage of this shift? If you're serious about turning AI into a real business, let’s talk. Ask me anything.

Rethinking Routine: The Case for Flexible Discipline
You put in the work. You give it all you've got. Yet, somehow, you fail to reach consistency. How does this happen? Easy. All you need do is try to combine your theory with real life. And your ideal schedules clash with reality. So, what then? We are humans, not robots. We actually perform better with varied stimuli. Yes, consistency is indeed quite powerful. But you multiply it's effectiveness and endurability when you add in flexibility and variety as well. So to achieve long-term success, build adaptable routines that bend - but don't break. Too many people fail their goals because they create unrealistic, all-or-nothing plans that crumble at the first disruption. What to do instead: - Design Your Default Create a baseline routine that's ridiculously easy. For a fitness goal, start with just 5 minutes of movement daily. When life gets chaotic, fall back to this minimum rather than quitting entirely. (For more on this concept, read Tiny Habits by James Clear.) - Build Multiple Routes Map out 3 different versions of your daily plan: ideal, medium, and minimal. A writer might have: 2 hours of focused writing (ideal), 30 minutes of outlining (medium), or just 100 words (minimal). This prevents the "perfect or nothing" mindset that kills progress. - Be an Opportunist Sometimes it's better to focus on weekly or monthly totals instead of "daily perfection". If you aim to read 4 hours per week, it doesn't matter if it's one long Sunday sessions or scattered 30-minute blocks. - Choose in Advance Remove daily willpower battles by pre-deciding your responses to common obstacles. If you can't hit the gym after work, you'll do a 15-minute home workout. If you're too tired to cook, you have three healthy takeout or pre-made options selected in advance. Then you maintain momentum without requiring perfect conditions. I would love to hear your thoughts on this, especially as I'm aiming to design Habit Rule to make this (and more) as straightforward and streamlined as possible. Thanks in advance!

How to Build Self-Control with Simple Daily Practices
Self-control isn’t about being perfect, it’s about making small choices every day that keep you on track. As a mom, I know how hard it is to say no to distractions (or snacks 😂), but little habits add up. ✅ Pause Before Acting – Before I buy something or scroll too long, I stop and ask, "Do I really need this?" Works (most of the time). ✅ Set Small Limits – Instead of cutting things out completely, I set rules. Like, “One sweet treat a day” or “10 minutes of social media before work.” ✅ Remove Temptations – If I don’t want to eat chips, I don’t buy them. If I want to save, I move money out of my reach. Simple but effective. ✅ Celebrate Wins – Even saying no once is a win. I remind myself that every good choice makes the next one easier. ✅ Have an Accountability Buddy – My kids keep me in check. My daughter reminds me not to grab extra snacks, and my son? Well, he reminds me to have fun too. 😆 Self-control isn’t about willpower, it’s about building habits that make good choices easier. What’s one habit you’re working on? Let’s share tips! 💪

Cheers to a New Year, Fresh Goals, and Endless Possibilities 🎉
Here we are, saying goodbye to 2024 and hello to 2025! As I sit here with my coffee (because how else does one reflect?), I’m feeling both proud and excited. This past year was a whirlwind of work deadlines, family chaos, and more “Mom, what’s for dinner?” moments than I can count—but we made it. This year taught me that progress doesn’t have to be perfect; it just has to be consistent. Whether it was finding time for freelance projects or sneaking in a few gaming sessions after bedtime, every little step forward added up. And let’s not forget the small wins, like perfecting a new recipe or sticking to a routine for more than a week (big deal in mom life!). As 2025 rolls in, I’m keeping things simple with these three intentions: - Show up every day, even when it’s messy. - Focus on what truly matters (spoiler: it’s not the laundry). - Celebrate every win, big or small. To all of you amazing folks juggling your own goals, challenges, and victories—thank you for being part of this journey with me. Let’s make 2025 a year of growth, connection, and joy. What’s one thing you’re excited about tackling in the new year? Let’s share and cheer each other on! 💪✨ Happy New Year, friends! Here’s to new chapters and endless coffee refills. 🥂☕
