Hi ladies, just checking in how it is going for you all? I have to say I already faced my little mental distractions and escapes I usually can resort to with my chocolate and other snacks. So I want to say I admire you all for doing this work. It is not easy. Also a friendly invite to pay attention to your dreams. When you eat more simple foods they can become more vivid. My intention for this upcoming diet is to be present for us as a group and for you all individually. At the same time my intention is to connect with my Spirit baby and release any layers of fear or resistance in regards to childbirth. I am excited to join this plant diet with you all.
