Mobile homes are great because there is much more demand for them than most people think due to housing continuously becoming more and more unaffordable, therefore being one of the cheapest asset classes to invest in with some of the highest demands. Mobile homes are considered personal property not real property, therefore you don’t need a real estate attorney or title company to complete a sale, thus saving you closing cost fees and much quicker profits being able to transact within days of finding a deal. Vacant land is amazing because you can do 100% of your due diligence virtually.
