Help... (Re: Onsite video approval for CAD accounts)
My TT got approved yesterday and I filmed some review videos today for the onsite approval. But when I went to upload, I went into an issue where I could not "search up" the product because it wasn't in my order history. I was on the amazon.com/creatorhub URL. I have a Canadian amazon account. And when I go to the creator hub, because it's only for the American site, it won't let me upload my videos because it thinks I have zero order history. I tried using amazon.ca/creatorhub but that URL does not work. Any workarounds? Thanks.
