Day 10 of trying to be the best basketball player in the world
Today i did film study, 3 team practices and a 30min work in between 2 of the practices ( i had only 1h break), where i did 10min of conditioning, 10min of jumping and 10min of free throws. I put a lot of intensity in those practices and i felt really good by doing that. Unfortunatley at the last practice, where we did shooting, i missed a lot, i felt my short really off. Hope it gets Better since tomorrow i have a really important game tomorrow
