Hello. Thank you for accepting my membership. I have a long history with abuse and trauma. It started with sexual abuse by an 6 year older Aunt, stage 5. I was sexually assaulted many times by boys at parties in high school and then coerced into sex with a man who abandoned me after I became pregnant stage 19. I was in an abusive relationship with a woman for 3 years. She physically abused me several times. My mother ghosted and abandoned me 15 years ago, which caused me the MOST trauma. My Complex PTSD is pretty severe and keeps me from working and doing a lot of things that I'd like to. These DBT skills are helpful with my PTSD....
