Just a quick review —nope, not a quickie. But it is my story of relating to this work and Dan, and the group. I found Dan while I lived in Alaska. Teaching yoga, but needing help with keeping myself learning, especially meditation, his Instagram posts would pop and I’d share them. I moved to the lower 48- and then back to Buffalo where I restarted life at 66. Needed to quiet the noise. Needed new tools. Saw Dan while unemployed and jumped in! Well worth it! The tribe is consistent. Dan is real.
