The last few months I have gone down a deep rabbit hole as to how we have been programmed to fear the sun. The sun - the literal giver of all life on earth, the reason we have food, energy, air to breathe. I could go on and on about its importance. But no! We are taught that sunshine is dangerous to human health. We are told to avoid it, cover up, slather our largest organ with man-made toxic sludge full of ingredients nobody can pronounce for 'protection'. I live in Ireland, we see so little sunlight all year round, yet skin cancer is the most common cancer in the country!? Why? Might it have something to do with the LACK of sun exposure? The blocking of the sun via geo-engineering/solar radiation management? The daily application of chemical sunscreens leaching into our bodies? Yes sun exposure needs to be tactical to avoid burning - you work upto it. Get morning sunlight in the eyes without any glasses or contacts- this is INFORMATION that our bodies read, instructions to release certain hormones that prime us for sun exposure. Avoid sunglasses as its blocking this vital information reaching our eyes/brain. Take regular breaks in the shade. Use MINERAL sunblock instead of the other rubbish. Avoid consumption of seed oils, which also increase the risk of burning. If sunlight was inherently harmful to humans, we would have gone extinct ages ago. Its not coincidence that sunshine makes people happier, healthier and gives us a visible glow. This is obviously not medical advice and not all the actions I mentioned will be possible for everyone. This is just something I have become passionate about and wondered if anyone else had any thoughts on it. I really need to move to a sunnier country lol Ireland and its perpetual cloudiness is getting to me 🤠

So what i have noticed is that social media and psyops have ruined people and human connections. I do not know if it is like this in the rest of the world or just the states, I have seen cancel culture run rampant in among people, because of this or that belief. I just lost my last so called friend to this spiritual illness. if you are anti vax you get canceled, if you support so called leader. the list goes on. I really think this is purposely engineered into our minds so we can not group together. we are taught to ghost instead of mending and healing friendships and relationships. I am just kinda fed up with this broken society, I think it is on the edge unraveling if friendships are expendable and no morals exist, lack of compassion when people see things different. I would love to hear your thoughts on this. I am losing hope of real connections. I am trying to see the world world were there is peace and connection with communities and the earth
