novanidracommunity

I am so grateful that I found Ayla Nova and her yoga nidras , I have been listening to her nidras for a few years and they have supported me and encouraged me to rest more , they have helped me to be calm when I feel stressed, they have assisted me with insomnia when I felt overwhelmed and anxious, they have held me through deep grief .
I am so grateful to have found a community to connect with and to learn and grow with.
Ayla has a calming voice , is never judgemental and is a true light .
