We have had difficulty getting the GMV MAX off the ground at a sustainable ROI. We've had 4 creators on a retainer producing ~120 videos over the past 30 days on top of sending out samples which altogether added up to 460 videos loaded into GMV MAX. The challenge is we need to be at ROI 1.8 to break even on the 1st order but even when we set the target ROI at 1.2, the campaign struggles to deliver - getting 1-2 orders every couple of days or nothing at all. When we set it to MAX DELIVERY, the ROI drops to 0.2 initially and gradually goes up to 0.7 over 14 days. After increasing the budget, it again drops to 0.2 which is not really sustainable. Any idea how we can improve the ROI or if this is to be expected for some time?
