How is everyone prospecting? In person, phone, email, networking??

Hey all, im torn between pricing in initial email to cut out a million back and forth emails. Has anyone had better outcomes with price in first email? it just seems i have replied to 7 businesses with the info reply and not one replied back with interest. Id rather no reply tot he email but the ones who do understand what this is than play email tag for a week to get ghosted.
