I was hoping the body shame lesson (week 2) would address actually body shame... in terms of ... the way women have been conditioned around the need to be skinny as well as feeling gross in my body because of sexual trauma. I feel like those are probably pretty relevant to a lot of women. Is there any way you can address/provide guided healing around these traumas as well within week 2? Thank you.
