Two weeks into Healing Month — here's what we've uncovered so far
If you've been in the room for the first two weeks, you already know this series isn't surface level. We're going straight to the root. Week 1: The Heart Receives We asked — what actually entered your heart? Not just what happened to you, but the words, the absence, the trauma, the patterns that got stored inside without you even realizing it. Behavior was never the starting point. It's the evidence. Week 2: The Heart Interprets We went a layer deeper — because an experience doesn't shape you nearly as much as the meaning you assigned to it. We examined the beliefs quietly built beneath our pain and began the work of replacing them with what God actually says about us. If this healing series has been helpful to you thus far, we'd love to hear from you: Of everything we've covered so far, what's the one thing that hit you the hardest? Was it something that entered your heart years ago — or a belief you didn't realize you were still carrying? Drop it below👇🏾. This community grows stronger when we share with each other. Haven't joined us yet? It's not too late. You can catch us live every Monday at 7pm EST — just click the link in Monday's calendar & we'll see you for Week 3 on Monday 7/20th. Much Love, Johnnie & Paula

I will say, what my heart received at a young age was abandonment, and my heart interpreted that I was not worth loving. For so long I felt not good enough, so I did so much to try and prove my worth. I understand now that was a lie and now I am learning to live in the truth

💚 Check In... How Is Your Heart Today?
Monday's Healing Class was a beautiful beginning. There were moments of honesty, tears, and reflection—and we want to thank each of you for showing up with an open heart. Today, we simply wanted to check in with those that attended because healing has a way of bringing things to the surface. You may feel hopeful, emotional, tired, or a little triggered. Whatever you're experiencing, know that it's okay. Give yourself permission to process without rushing the journey. If Monday's class stirred up emotions that feel overwhelming or you're finding yourself triggered by something that surfaced, please don't carry it alone. We're here for you. Feel free to reach out to us privately if you need prayer, encouragement, or would like to talk it out! Sometimes healing simply needs a safe place to be processed. So, let us know in the comments how are you doing today? We'd love to hear from you. Even if your answer is just one word, check in below so we all is well. Also, please check the attached link entitled Processing Triggers. Again, we're honored that you trust us with your heart & excited about your healing!! Much Love, Johnnie & Paula

Homework Check-In!
How is everyone doing with this week’s Mind Renewal Challenge? 💬 We’d love to hear from you: - How has the assignment been going so far? - Which daily practice has been the easiest? Which has been the most challenging? - Has God revealed anything about your thinking this week? We encourage everyone to complete the weekly assignments as they are designed to help reinforce the weekly lesson, and move the teaching from information to transformation, and give you practical ways to apply God’s Word to your marriage throughout the week. Feel free to reach out with any questions, or post your comments & insights from the reflection questions? We look forward to hearing what God is doing in and through your journey this week.

The assignment in a whole has been going well. Asking clarifying questions has been the easiest for me because Ido desire to understand better and not assume. Writing down a thought Ichallenged has been the most difficult, just because I have not taken the time to do it. God has revealed that I have the capability to understand and ask before assuming. That I am able and willing to communicate better
