Hi everyone 💚
This week, we continue our journey through the chakras as stages of development — and move into the Heart Chakra. The Heart Chakra develops around the ages of 4–7 years — a stage where we begin discovering something deeply human: Am I loved? Can I trust? Can I stay open and still be myself? This is often the time where children begin learning about connection, friendship, care, belonging, and what it feels like to both give and receive love. The Heart Chakra relates to love, compassion, trust, connection, and allowing ourselves to remain open to life. And throughout life, many of us continue moving in and out of these themes again and again. Sometimes we feel open, warm, connected, and supported. Other times we protect ourselves. Pull back. Give too much. Or forget to include ourselves in the love we offer to others. ✨ A small moment for today: If you pause for a moment… When do you feel most open and connected in your life? ✨ And if you feel like sharing, I’d love to hear what you notice. Wishing you a beautiful day in flow ✨

When I'm sitting with my coffee on the back patio watching all the birds interact, the chickens following the horse around and listening to all the bees and hummingbirds. No phone, no music, no talking, just the sound of nature and the breeze moving all the leaves and trees. It's my happiest, where I feel connected to myself and to the land I care for.

Thank you for the add! I've always been fascinated by chakras but never really made the time to dive in and educate myslef. I'm here to learn!

@Vibeke Sætherskar thank you! I did want to share that this past year and half has personally been a difficult one as I lost my dad and I stopped meditating like I used to. When I started again, everytime I closed my eyes and tried to focus on my breathing, It felt like I was a hunk of clay wobbling on a potters wheel instead of still and centered. If that makes sense! 😂 I'm trying to find my way bacK but struggling. I know this has something to do with my chakras or at least one of them being unaligned but I was wondering if you had any insight or advice? Thank you so much.
