For years I’ve been wanting to learn calisthenics as a way to train without a gym membership, outdoors and wherever I am at a given time. But starting out without guide and necessary strength has always stopped me on my tracks. That was until I found Malin and Daniel. This is the first time I’ve been able to follow a calisthenics program truly adapted to my (little) strength and abilities. I am surprised how much I am able to advance in a short time.
