I am a mother of 4. I have been training in some capacity for over 15yrs usually through class programs. I have never had success training independently in the gym setting.
I have found this program, easy to follow and super effective. I don't have time to figure out complex stuff, and with this program I have been able to make small learning increments over time. I love it!
I am stronger with minimal MENTAL effort and ZERO injury.
