I’m Alex Raposo, and I’m happy to join this amazing community. A little about me: I’m a competitive bodybuilder currently preparing for the IDFA 153: Universe, which will take place at the City Playhouse Theatre in Vaughan. This journey has been an incredible experience of growth and self-discovery, and I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity to push my limits and inspire others. For me, bodybuilding is about so much more than getting in shape. Through the intense training, zero carb days & cardio it truly is more than just a physical pursuit, it’s about transforming your entire life physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. This approach, what I like to call Deep Health is what I love to share with others the most, and it’s also what led me to my biggest passion, facilitating Breathwork sessions. Breathwork has been a game changer in my own life, helping me connect more deeply to myself and the world around me and I’m lucky enough to be able to share that with others! I’m here to support and connect with anyone who’s on their own journey to better health and well-being. What's up everyone! For all the readers in here, what are you reading right now? Project 369 - Scripture Edition

What lies at the end of "more"? Does it ever truly end? Who do we become once we achieve "more," and how do we stay grounded in what really matters? As an entrepreneur, the pursuit of "more" fuels my drive—it’s the fire that wakes me at 3:30 a.m., pushing me to elevate, excel, and innovate. But then, a deeper question arises: Will any of this truly matter in the end? Will I matter? These reflections can feel haunting at times..but I’m grateful for the clarity they bring. They allow me to pause, prioritize, detach, and set boundaries—not for what society defines as success, but for what my heart and soul truly crave. Life’s journey is a gift—the thrill of the unknown, the beauty of discovery. I’m here for it all. Does this resonate with you?

First things first, there’s going to be zero fluff in this group. Fluff isn’t going to allow anyone to learn from each others mistakes and grow and that’s the whole purpose of this group. Also it doesn’t matter the industry, this can apply to anything. If you’re here it’s because you want to grow, make more money, grow your business, become a better version of yourself & support others who want to do the same along the way. So at a very high level, I made some business mistakes this year that costs me an easy $200k in commission. Whether it was me not locking something up quick enough or me putting too much trust in people when it shouldn’t have .. regardless it turned out to be massive losses which moving forward I’ll do everything I can to have it either never happen again or happen way less. The important thing here I want to highlight is .. I didn’t let those losses affect my performance going forward. It could’ve been very easy to sit back, be depressed and angry at the world at just sit there in my own thoughts… but nothing good was going to come from that. In business and life were going to take losses it is what it is. We can be the best of the best but it doesn’t matter the losses are going to come and we have to look at it like a simple “cost of doing business”. Sure, we need to do everything we can to mitigate the losses.. but they’re still going to come, it’s normal. Early in my career when I would take a loss, or something didn’t sell, or a deal fell through.. I’d go in full depression mode for 2-3 days. It was years later I realized how dumb and pointless that was because the same deals that fell through would go on to close a couple days or weeks later and the time I sat back depressed doing nothing was an absolute waste of time and was pointless. Point I’m trying to make is we need to manage our emotions and not let the losses affect us for more than 10 minutes max lol now when I take a loss I’m pissed for a couple minutes then I shake it off and keep pushing forward but that’s the only thing that’s going to get results.. not sitting there doing fuck all and feeling sorry for yourself lol
