💬 QUESTION OF THE DAY 💬
Okay I’m going to be transparent… One thing that UNNERVES me? When I tell someone something. I show them. I explain it. We talk about it. And then weeks later… they act like it is brand new information. Prime example my BOO BEAR! Yo!!!!!! He does NOT listen😡😡😡 Sir. We had a meeting LIKE 5 times! Are you trying to be smart. 😩😂 It makes me want to replay the whole conversation with receipts. No shade. Just honesty. Now I’m curious… What is something that instantly sends you? The thing that makes you take a deep breath before you respond? Drop it below. Let’s laugh a little today.

Honestly. Maximum Overdrive 🏎️ It still catches me sometimes. I feel the anger rise—for a moment— then my practices step in and slow everything down. Two things tend to trigger it: 1. Lack of emotional intelligence. Translation: moving through the world like you’re the only person on the planet. No awareness. No care. No concern for how your actions land on others. 2. This is the real one. The deeper one. Part A: realizing I need help. By this point, Spirit is usually yelling. Clear. Persistent. Unavoidable. Part B: doing the work to identify someone who might have the answer— someone I trust… and deciding I’ll actually follow the guidance if it’s given. Part C: working up the courage to ask. That part alone takes more strength than most people realize. Then I ask. And there’s no response. No answer to the question. No reply to the text. No email back. No returned call. No voicemail acknowledgment. That’s the part that gets me—for a hot minute. Because now the questions start: Should I have trusted this person? I should’ve just handled it myself like I always do. (which usually leads to little or no results) Yeah… that moment. Asking for help—and not getting it. And right when I’m about to spiral, Spirit comes in quietly and asks: “You finished being upset ?” “ The issue still here, How are we going to get the answer?” Then “Well, technically, You got the issue. I’m just here to supervise.”👼🏽 And just like that… I breathe. Realize God Got me🙌🏾 And the work continues.

@CoWano Stanley totally understand. since writing and speaking from the reason that I wrote a book, I’ve learned so much about women. And woman has so much to navigate on a daily basis that is amazing all by itself. Add on cat calls ( commented on because of their physical appearance), competition between other women, grief, motherhood, spouse-hood, menopause and other bodily conditions, (there is such a slim space for them just to find out who they are or why they are here) because they’re serving so many different areas excellently. I understand the importance and respect that spa days are not a indulgence or a significant waste of funds, it is a supreme necessity for the continuance of sanity.
🚨 CREDIT BOOST TIME 🚨
Let’s talk about disputing your personal credit the SMART way. If you are trying to increase your score this year, don’t just dispute randomly. Be strategic. Here are 5 tips to dispute your personal credit with success: ✅ 1. Review ALL 3 Credit Reports Pull your reports from Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion. The error might only show on one bureau. Dispute directly with the bureau reporting the issue. ✅ 2. Dispute Inaccuracies, Not Truth Late payments that are accurate usually stay. Focus on incorrect balances, wrong dates, duplicate accounts, paid collections still reporting unpaid, or accounts that are not yours. ✅ 3. Attack High Utilization First If your credit cards are over 30 percent usage, pay them down before disputing anything. Lower utilization can boost your score quickly, sometimes within 30 days. ✅ 4. Use Supporting Documents If you paid something off, settled an account, or closed it, attach proof. Statements, payment confirmations, letters. Documentation increases your chances of deletion or correction. ✅ 5. Follow Up in 30 Days Bureaus have 30 days to investigate. If they fail to verify properly or do not respond, you can request removal. Now let’s talk quick BOOST hacks 👇🏽 🔥 3 Dispute Hacks That Can Increase Your Score Fast 1. Request a Credit Limit IncreaseIf approved and your balance stays the same, your utilization drops instantly. 2.
