Any agency owners here running Instantly for client campaigns?
Not a post, just looking to connect. Running cold email campaigns for clients on Instantly and curious how other agency owners are handling the reply side of things — specifically what happens after a reply comes in. If you're managing 3+ client campaigns on Instantly, drop a comment. Would love to compare notes.

@Jason Bean Automated — specifically the classification and follow-up side. How fast are you typically getting back to interested replies?

@Jason Bean Classification = auto-detecting if a reply is actually interested vs OOO vs unsubscribe vs a referral — before anyone manually reads it. Within the hour during business hours is solid. What happens outside of that?
How I automated the entire inbox for cold email agencies — 4 modules, zero missed hot leads (full breakdown)
Been building an inbox automation stack for cold email agencies for the past few months and finally have all four modules in production. Sharing the full architecture here because I want honest feedback from people who actually run agencies. The core problem I kept hearing: INTERESTED replies going cold because nobody was watching the inbox fast enough. Especially at night and on weekends. Here's what I built — InboxLayer, 4 workflows running on the client's own server: Reply Intel — classifies every reply the moment it lands. INTERESTED, OOO, UNSUBSCRIBE, NOT_INTERESTED. Under 90 seconds. Slack alert straight to the founder's phone. HotLead Closer — if the founder hasn't replied to an INTERESTED lead within a set window, it automatically sends a follow-up from the correct mailbox. Same thread. Even at 3am. Unsubscribe Shield — every UNSUBSCRIBE gets auto-blocklisted on Instantly in real-time. Full compliance log. No manual work. Domain Sentinel — checks every sending domain every 6 hours. SPF, DKIM, DMARC, blacklists, expiry. Slack alert before deliverability breaks, not after. Client data stays on their own VPS. No Zapier. No per-task fees. For those of you running agencies — two genuine questions: What's your current SLA on INTERESTED replies? And is domain health something you're tracking manually right now, or just hoping nothing breaks? Would love to know where the biggest gaps actually are before I build anything else.

Built automated domain health monitoring for cold email agencies — here's what it covers
One gap I kept seeing when talking to cold email agencies: no systematic monitoring for sending and burner domains. Not just blacklists — the full picture. SPF/DMARC/MX records breaking silently, domains expiring mid-campaign, reputation hits going undetected for days. So we built it. Every 6 hours, per domain: - SPF / DMARC / MX / A record validity - Blacklist reputation — SpamCop, Barracuda - Expiry tracking with early warning The moment anything degrades, a Slack alert fires with what broke and the exact DNS record to fix it. Built on n8n + PostgreSQL — no third-party monitoring tool, no per-domain fees. Sits on top of the existing agency stack. Posting because I think this is a gap most agencies underestimate. Happy to walk through how it works if anyone's dealing with the same thing.

Managing Instantly.ai campaigns beyond just sends — how are you solving for replies, compliance, and domain health?
For founders running campaigns on Instantly.ai — how are you managing your inbox beyond just sending? The actual problems I'm curious about: When you get hot replies, how fast are they categorized and actioned? How are you handling unsubscribes at scale? Manual blocklist, or automated? Are you monitoring domain health? (SPF, DKIM, blacklists, expiry dates) Just asking because these seem to be the stuff agencies talk about separately but never actually solve end-to-end. What's your current setup?
