It's here! Harvest day is coming — and this is the one you don't want to miss. 🌾
On the 1st of October we're running the final Activate 2026 session of the year. And it's different from everything we've done before. We're not planning. We're not setting goals or building new strategies. We're doing something far more satisfying than that. We're looking at what you actually built this year. What you started. What you finished. What surprised you. What you're prouder of than you expected. And — honestly — what you're ready to put down before Christmas so you can close 2026 feeling complete rather than behind. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲: 🌟 We open with wins. Three lists — what you started, what you finished, what surprised you. Share as much or as little as feels right. This part alone is worth showing up for. 📋 We review what you committed to in July. Pull up your Simplify workbook. Where are you with your ONE asset? What will you actually finish before Christmas? Q4 is short — two real working weeks in December at most. We decide now what makes the cut. 🗳️ You choose what we explore. We'll do a live vote on the day and go wherever the room needs most. 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲: • Accountability Activate — staying on track without pressure or rigid systems • Profit Power Hour — protecting your most valuable working time • LinkedIn Cold Outreach — how to start real, values-led conversations with the right people (not spam — I promise) • Podcast Guesting Strategy — how to get yourself under a podcast and use it as an authority-building asset • Open Hot Seats — bring your situation and we work through it together ✍️ 𝗪𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀. 1. What will you finish before Christmas — said out loud. 2. And what are you leaving today with — posted live into the community so everyone can see it. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻. If you're not yet premium and you'd like to be in the room, now is the time. There's still a full quarter left to make the most of it — and Harvest is the session that makes the whole year make sense. 👉 Upgrade here

Thank you Jacqueline for a very packed session where I have realised: 🚩I have done so much this year and some things were not finished but that's ok 🚩I can let go of a lot of 'tasks' for now to focus on what's important for this year closing 🚩I can repurpose and repurpose my experiences in so many ways like the forever newsletter, podcasting, writing 🚩I have so much to give (as we all do) and that my purpose and passion is serving 🚩I will continue to reach out to podcasters because I love talking to people about what lights me up 💥 I really enjoyed this session 💖 What surprised me most was what fun I am having and that I am allowing myself to have 'risky behaviour' and try more and more new things ! 💃

Life's Got Your Back
This weekend I continue my journey of exploring how to get in front of other people's audiences through podcasts. I'm reminded how 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗸𝗲𝘆 in all forms of business. Greg Fisher is in my nonprofit community for writing letters to people in prison, and in our intake, he mentioned that he had a podcast called Coach-2 Coach. I asked him if I'd be a good guest, and he said yes. Also reminding me that 𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁, as my friends from the North would say, "Shy bairns get nowt." You you can watch on YouTube or listen on Spotify. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗴𝘂𝘆𝘀 𝘂𝗽 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱?

I am looking over what I am going to do on my workshop in Prison... an introduction to 3 Principles in a gentle way whilst getting to know the guys and talking about the Buddy scheme learning packs. Hopefully some nice reflections. Also I need to order my books for sale end of October at some point And advertise the book exhibition - a lovely gentleman has arranged to give us posters 💥
Genius Women!
Inspired by @Ben Sherry I'm excited to introduce you to the Genius series 💃 I've been reaching out on LinkedIn in a quirky way. Ask me about that in the comments if you'd like to know more. I'm then interviewing people as part of the Genius Series, where I will, with their permission, upload the interview to a platform of their choice. I'm also popping it onto my YouTube platform. 𝗜'𝗱 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗮𝗵𝗮 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀.

🎥 Charge Your Worth replay (+ the three lessons)
Thank you to everyone who came along on Thursday evening. The shares, the honesty and the laughter made it for me. @Cathy Cartwright @Melissa Gelineau @Lynne Brannigan (the others had cams off so I'm not sure who was there) If you missed it, or want to watch it again, the replay is below :) 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱: 1. Your money wounds aren't your fault, but they are your responsibility. Responsibility as in the ability to respond. Jobs, family, society and our own thinking hand us a value, and we act as if it's our worth. Your worth is beyond any price. 2. You're not charging for your time. You're charging for the transformation you promise. The boots and the map are on the shelf. You aren't. The transformation belongs to your client; what's yours is the space and presence you bring. 3. Charge enough to be fully present. The £10K client, and keeping your hands out of your clients' pockets. Say the price. Pause. Let them choose. And to finish, my walk around Draycote Water, and what happens when you treat doubt as a question rather than a verdict. 𝗔 𝗳𝗲𝘄 𝗴𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺: - Noticing when you stop monitoring yourself, and how much more present you become with people @Lynne Brannigan - "Static": the stuff other people throw at us, which we don't have to catch @Cathy Cartwright - Transformational work isn't tangible in the way we were taught tangible is, which is exactly why we undervalue it @Melissa Gelineau - When self-doubt pops up, it might be an invitation to ask, "Is this what I'm meant to be doing?" @MamaJ Hollows 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 👇 What's one thing you'd charge differently for if you truly believed your worth was beyond any price? Drop it in the comments. Love and activation, MamaJ 💫
