Field Watch Friday
Just received my first new watch band! Before joining the group, I had never considered this option. That post was really helpful and motivated me to start exploring more. Looking forward to incorporating this into future watches! Thank you again to @Jeffrey Plotka, @Delmar Dale, @Kaelus Lorance, @David Denham Jr, and @Sean Kavanaugh for getting it all started. If you're looking for new watch strap ideas, many were suggested to me here: https://www.skool.com/watch-lover/watch-band-strategies?p=d96e8a8e

Welcome to the journey. I'm happy for you. That's a great combo you have. I look forward to future combinations.
Watch Band Strategies
Recently, I posted a question about DIY maintenance. One reason is that I need to replace the watch band on my oldest watch. As I browse around, I now recognize there are many options. I’m just starting this adventure and will slowly add watches to my collection. Exploring this has me thinking about adding multiple watch bands for my watches, particularly in these early stages, when I have few watches to choose from each day. Have any of you incorporated this into your watch collection, whether in the early days or even today? I appreciate your thoughts and feedback!

I will change out straps maybe once a year on certain watches, but most of my watches are divers. For the watches that are office or dress wear, one word: ColaReb The best Italian leather watch straps I've ever worn.
Another Memory Added
For me, adding memories to watches is why I collect. I chose my SARB033 for the birth of my newborn son. I wish many amazing memories for all of you.

On a random chance, I wore mine today too
I'm done chasing the fire!
That's it, I'm done. I've tried to get it back four separate times, and each time I have a rough day at work and end up missing the mark one day. Yesterday was one of those days and it wiped out nearly three weeks of work. So that's it. I'll post and like and reply as often as I can, but I won't worry about that little emoji. It's not worth the frustration when I miss a day, at least not to me.

Same. It might be gamified fun, but there is no personal value I'm getting from a fire emoji so it's not worth superficial effort. I comment and engage when I have time, but my Family and my job come first. Don't let it get to you.
