I plan on learning to write my thoughts and goals down on paper and not just keep them in my head. Seems pretty simple but it's definitely a step I need to take.

Unfortunately it's a big financial jump and I don't really know the other industries well enough to be confident in having the work.

my pressure washing company is something I think I need to turn a lot more focused to. I believe there’s a lot more room to grow with that. I just need to figure out how to find the right employees and in this town it’s super hard to find anybody that’s willing to work and do a decent job, and if you find them, they only stay for a month or two.
