Here’s how: 1. 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝘀𝘁: "After I pour my coffee, I’ll drink 8 oz of water with lemon." (Bonus: Add electrolytes for an extra boost!) 2. 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗪𝗶𝗻: "After I check my email, I’ll take 3 sips of water." (Small but mighty!) 3. 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁-𝗟𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗣𝗶𝗰𝗸-𝗠𝗲-𝗨𝗽: "After I eat lunch, I’ll drink a full glass of water." (No more post-lunch slumps!) 4.
