Guys, I am looking for someone who might be attached to a league, school an organisation etc Every few months, we can have about 10 to 30 pairs of gloves in different sizes that have been returned for different reasons... Even though these gloves have been used, they can still be used and get many many uses out of them still. So i was thinking it is a shame to bin them, as i am sure there are parents/goalkeepers out there who cannot afford gloves. So if you are someone who can prove they are attached to an organisation where you could make use of these free goalkeeper gloves and give them to keepers who might not be able to afford gloves, please get in contact. IMPORTANT. Please do not contact me asking to send one pair out, and only please get in contact if you can 'Genuinely' pass these gloves out to keepers/parents who this would benefit. Also - this is for the UK or Ireland only.

I am running a unique J4K Elite Goalkeeper Event for just 12 serious goalkeepers aged 12 to 18. This is not another overcrowded, babysitting-style goalkeeper camp. I will personally coach and assess every goalkeeper attending, with the aim of identifying players I believe I can genuinely help progress towards: - Semi-professional football - Professional football - A university scholarship in the USA - For those who do not know my background, I am Ray Newland, founder of Just4Keepers. I spent around ten years as a professional goalkeeper, including time with clubs such as Everton, Plymouth Argyle, Chester City and Wigan Athletic. I have also coached and worked alongside goalkeeping legends including Gordon Banks, Peter Shilton, Neville Southall, Peter Bonetti and Jim Leighton. Since founding J4K in 1998, I have helped many goalkeepers move closer to achieving their dreams. To name but a few, former J4K students include: Adam Davies, who went on to represent Sheffield United and Wales. Nathan Dean, who became an All-American at Elon University. Speaking with other players/parents it seems that every one has rollercoaster of emotions and journeys. Would be interested to see how many have been released from academies or even grass roots teams and at what ages that was ? To help others any advice on what you did next or how this affected you ? Every one seems to want academy football, but how many realise how demanding it is for players and parents and understand the different pressures that brings to them also ?

Does anyone know how to stop gloves from tearing because mine after a couple of games start to tear. Even if there nice high quality gloves.
