Hello guys, This post will be from me genuinely, no chatGPT, no AI. I joined this program over half a month ago and I wanted to come on here and tell you guys that Evan is the most encouraging and helpful person I know online. He WILL be there for you when you need him and WILL be there for you when you feel like you want to give up. Don't give up and keep pushing. It's not impossible to get a job. Use your connections and actively make more connections. Genuine connections. Genuinely get to know someone and not just small talk; it will get you far. That being said, I landed a job with the help of Evan and couldn't be less happy working with him! If you guys are on Heartbeat, you might have already seen this but I'll add a bit more. This is some game. At the end of the day, you could be mindlessly finding a job and it can work, but if you really want a job as fast as possible or to do anything that is "hard" or takes a lot of willpower; your mindset as to be good. Mental health as well. If you don't think you can get a job or whatever, trust me, it will be 1000% times harder to get a job. Trust in yourself and the process will be easier and you WILL land that job. I could go on and on about mental health but it's serious. It might sound corny because it gets thrown around a lot, but mental health is really important guys. For someone who has been through a lot these past 3 years, I will tell you please genuinely do things you want and have a vision. Whatever is holding you back, cut it out, or if that is too much, put your energy and focus somewhere else. It will do you a BIG service. Also everyone, if you're feeling down, practice gratitude! Or be grateful for something in your life, you'll feel much better. Not everyone has a computer to be able to apply for jobs. No everyone has the opportunity to be in this community.
