One man show
Officially kicked off my one man show business, where i will be running my business using this folder structure I have learnt here. I was initailly struggling with what to "do"/ the idea. One of the things I have that always have to be in my memory thou is this ICM works well for sequential reviewable and repeatable.

WEEK 7 COMP⚙️ THE OPERATOR — RESULTS
(and a small change to how we run these) Hello everyone!! 👋 First, the honest bit. This one is landing later than Monday, and on purpose. Two things got us here. One, a lot more of you are submitting now. If I am going to really sit with every entry and give it a proper look, a weekend is not enough. This round I went through all of them, watched the videos, opened the repos, the full pass. That takes time and I would rather do it right than rush it. Two, I could feel a few of you running hot. Weekly is a sprint, and burnout was starting to creep in for some. So we are moving to bi-weekly. More room to build, more room to breathe, and the time for me to actually review the work the way it deserves. 🎥 Quick word on the videos. They were a step up this round. Some of the animated walkthroughs and live demos were a genuine pleasure to watch, and yes, I weigh them. A clean demo that shows the thing actually working makes a real difference. However I don't want that to ALWAYS be a requirement. Also you will notice the Heavy hitters that you usually see up here are not currently, some posted late and I decided to let the new entries and first timers also have a chance as well! But certainly, check the original post as every submission has something for you to learn from : 💰 Competition 7 ➖➖➖ 🛠️ A FEW THAT STOOD OUT (in no order, and if you didn't make it, it doesn't mean yours wasn't great) The Pipeline Operator — @Jayden Forshee Runs a whole sales pipeline. Paste a lead and it grades it, writes the outreach, and moves the card itself. The live board where you watch cards move on their own, sat right next to a normal chatbot, was one of the clearest ways anyone has shown what an operator actually is. https://github.com/griffainai/studio-pipeline-operator Board: https://pipeline-operator.vercel.app/board

@Trevor Tynes I thought I was the only one.
Congrats — lurker to participant.
That's the leap most people never take. Roughly 90% of our members are still on the other side: scrolling, saving, getting value, never saying a word. Not a knock. Just the math. Lurking isn't failure. It's the default. But you showed up. And that shift compounds fast. The classroom teaches you the tools. The community teaches you how to think with them. When you participate, you get compression — months of grinding folded into a thread someone else already broke so you don't have to. Less friction. Faster outcomes. Personal growth and business growth in the same lane. You don't need a hot take. You need a real question. Give before you extract. Your lurker era wasn't wasted — you were loading context. Welcome to Level 2. A few of you just made the jump, and I want to call it out: • @Vamsi Acharya • @Stacey Lubowa • @Martin Brion • @Mark Benjamin • @Keith Langskov • @Patti Wilcox • @Novus Vella • @Tony Rhodes @Cain Gray If you're still lurking — go check out what they're posting. Real builds. Real questions. No fluff. That's the energy we want in here. And if I missed you — my bad. Drop your name below. We'll get you in the next round. The reward for showing up isn't points. It's speed. You stop duct-taping alone. You stop renting confusion. Your stack starts to click because other people's scars are now in your context. What finally made you break the ice? ───
Congrats — lurker to participant.

🤣🤣 I was surely lurking around. Thanks for the shoutout @David Vogel
I'm flattered! And it's a great breakdown!!
Someone shared that a person a reaction video was made about my method and at first I was nervous but immediately it was amazing praise. I have never met with this person one-on-one and I haven't paid them or done anything other than post my own videos ! I think they do a great job at breaking some of the concepts down. It does an amazing job of breaking down some of the logic especially some parts where I go ranting in my video he slows it down a bunch ! Much needed

📊 POLL: What industry are you actually building for?
We talk about folders all day, but the folders are FOR something. I want to know what... 🎖️Bonus points: comment with the single most painful manual process in your industry. The best comp entries come from exactly those answers.

@Joshua Hubbard It is a startup building it as a one person show from day one. So let's put a pin in this question will tell you how it evolves. From my research they are different. There is compliance stuff that I am definitely not letting AI touch don't want to be sued.
