Wt: 216.4 BF: 21.6% Missed my check in last week as I was in St. George fire a baseball tournament. My boys brought home the gold and that was awesome. I’ve been sticking to the plan. I truly feel amazing. My weight is down a touch from last weigh in, but I am building muscle I can feel and see it. I trained my butt off this week.
235.5 lbs 27.1% BF Lots of distractions have come with Spring. Less food planning, less tracking- but a lot more physical activity. Trying to stay balanced and push good meals and protein goals.
236.1 lbs 27.2%bf Celebrating 10 lbs lost since Jan 4th and 2% body fat. Lots of work still ahead, but grateful to be moving in the right direction. I was lazy with my tracking and worked a couple 15hr days that really made it impossible to get a workout in. Here we go on another week!
237.7 lbs 27.5%bf Another good week. I’m realizing that I need to start pushing my lifting to the next level to keep losing weight. That’s my goal this week.
Weight 215.4 lb BF 21.4% Back in the saddle with new lows! Might just be fractions, but it counts. I’m going to work harder to get back to basics consistently ( 1 gallon of water a day, 7 hours of sleep, tracking my food even on the weekend)
