I did decide to keep the group open with one change that could affect you- I am no longer offering affiliate payouts. No one had used it yet and the amazing @Amanda Mirrlees suggested I just downgrade to the less expensive type of community. All the same great stuff is here, but it costs me less. So please jump in the classroom and on calls with me while you can. The next call is the 23rd at noon. If you’re a member (it’s just $9! To detox or not to detox?
I get this question a lot. When do I start to detox? I always suggest that we support detox pathways first: You need to be drinking 80-100 oz of water per day so that you're diluting toxins and clearing them out. You need to have AT LEAST one bowel movement per day and moving to support lymph. You need to be sweating regularly too. Sweat is not the enemy- you can easily shower! You need to allow yourself to feel what you need to so that you're handling stress. One of the most important actions you can take is to just BREATHE. It's the simplest and best way to support your body. You will see improvement just by doing those few steps. Then you can start to add detox support if you need to. Some people don't need to supplement once their foundations are supported. If you're sensitive to detox, start slow! I love bentonite clay, cilantro, chlorella and carboxy as binders. Activated charcoal is not as effective for generalized mold illness, but is really helpful if your digestion is off because of mold. I go into much more detail on all of this in the "Foundations First" class in the classroom. What has been your experience with detoxing? What helped you most as you started on your healing journey?

I do liver detoxes regularly because mine swells and gets painful. I’m TERRIBLE at breathing properly. Why is it sooo hard?? Lol

@Coleen Huebert I catch myself not breathing 😂. My pilates teacher always nagged at me to breathe and I’m actively working on it 🤦🏻‍♀️
Would love your opinion!
I am continually trying to improve this community. I would love your feedback on the About page and the cover image. Skool is advertising our communities on Facebook, but only show our cover image. What would you change to catch people's attention who could use this community? Do I need to make the tag line bigger, change the picture? Be more clear about mold illness? Skool suggests having a picture of a human on the image. Those images attract more people which is why my face is on there. Thoughts?

I think the info and image are super clear. Maybe increase font size on the tag line…but I can’t see shit anyway so other ppl might see it quite easily. I wish I had advice for you but I’m also lost lol.
