@Alex Baker i won’t be able to make it on Wednesday.
✅ Roll Call, Skool Fam! 🙋🏽‍♂️
I wanted to pop in and see who’s actually here and ready to start posting, connecting, and building together. 🫣 Full transparency—the past couple of months have been crazy busy for me as a seller, too, so I haven’t been as active as I want to be. But that changes today! 💥 If you joined this community to connect, share wins, ask questions, and grow with like-minded people, this is your sign 🙌 👇 Drop a random GIF below (funny, hype, or whatever matches your personality), and let’s kick off some conversations. Bonus points if you reply to someone else’s GIF 👀 Let’s wake this place up. 🚀

Agree, we need more involvement! It's well know this is a community and we can all help each other out. Maybe we can take a vote on when the best day/time is to meet as a group. I also think we need an agenda, ie: one night is just about shipping, another is about buying, one could be about what works/what doesn't etc. Thanks @Alex Baker !

@Justina Justin I'm only on Whatnot and have 6 shows under my belt. I also started selling on FB Marketplace for bigger ticket items, as my following is still low. How about you?
The $1 Auction Trap: Why Cheap Sales Are Costing You Money”
Price for profit, not excitement. Starting auctions at $1 feels smart—it attracts buyers and boosts activity. But the math tells a different story… After fees, shipping, supplies, gas, and time, a “cheap” sale often turns into negative cash flow. You’re working, packing, and shipping… to lose money. Low starts can be a strategy, but they are not a business model. If your prices don’t cover real costs, the volume only scales the loss. Unless you have an item that a majority of your customers are going to bid on, NEVER START items off at $1.

100% agree Alex. Unless you have several hundred people in your show, it's a bad business model. I refuse to start at $1.
Next Meeting Scheduled
@Alex Baker I don't see any meetings scheduled. Will we continue meeting on Sundays?
Merry Christmas 🎄 and An 💡 Idea!
Merry Christmas everyone! I hope everyone has had a blessed day with love and moments of joy! 🎄 I saw this idea on a stream and thought it would be amazing for retaining customers- Every month the seller reviews top buyers… sends the top 2 a special thank you gift. The stream I watched sends something different each month and markets it! (MK Bag, KS jewelry etc) I think this is awesome for retention, building customer loyalty and relationships as well! The gift certainly could be anything, and thought I would share this idea! ✨✨🫶🏼🫶🏼 Xoxo, Amy

I had 2 buyers in one stream who purchased a lot and I gave them each an additional item for free. Love it!

40 years working in corp America. Fear is gone and I'm tired of doing what "I needed to do". Looking forward to building a community with you all.
