@Ruslan Ivasiuk When you get your first feedback from one of the PIRF Fresh coaches, you can join the free AMA sessions to get extra help from coaches -- practice with them using your feedback from the PIRF Fresh course. Every AMA student gets 1:1 time to work on their problems. It’s not just you and the coach -- other members are there too. That’s actually even better, because if you don’t have your own questions, you can simply say, “Coach, I’d like to practice the same sentence the previous member did.” Check the calendar here: https://www.skool.com/lme/calendar If the class has not started yet, you will not be able to join - Make sure Zoom is set up - Follow the schedule -- once the class begins, join See you!

Don't Sweat the Small Stuff ... reading stuff with Mila 1/100
The book consists of 100 short articles -- we'll go through them week by week. Today, I'm sharing the first article, titled "Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff." Here's what you need to do: 1. Read it yourself, take time to reflect on it and make notes if you wish. 2. Join the live reading on Wednesday. We'll go through the first article line by line. 3. Share your thoughts. Each participant will have up to 5 minutes to share their perspective. No debates, just sharing thoughts. @Gulistan Asan, @Wei Qing, @Shirley Lee and @Alex Understated, @Evelyne Vincent (just in case you'd like to join too) Article # 1 Don't Sweat the Small Stuff Often we allow ourselves to get all worked up about things that, upon closer examination, aren't really that big a deal. We focus on little problems and concerns and blow them way out of proportion. A stranger, for example, might cut in front of us in traffic. Rather than let it go, and go on with our day, we convince ourselves that we are justified in our anger. We play out an imaginary confrontation in our mind. Many of us might even tell someone else about the incident later on rather than simply let it go. Why not instead simply allow the driver to have his accident somewhere else? Try to have compassion for the person and remember how painful it is to be in such an enormous hurry. This way, we can maintain our own sense of well-being and avoid taking other people's problems personally. There are many similar, "small stuff" examples that occur every day in our lives. Whether we had to wait in line, listen to unfair criticism, or do the lion's share of the work, it pays enormous dividends if we learn not to worry about little things. So many people spend so much of their life energy "sweating the small stuff" that they completely lose touch with the magic and beauty of life. When you commit to working toward this goal you will find that you will have far more energy to be kinder and gentler.

Summary of the Introduction: The author believes that we can change our lives by changing our attitude. When we face problems, many of us react too strongly, worry too much, and focus on negative things. This makes our lives more stressful. He tells a story about a mistake made with another writer's name on a book. The other writer, Dr. Wayne Dyer, reacted very calmly and kindly instead of getting angry. This showed the author that we don't need to let small problems upset us. The author says we can live happier and more peaceful lives if we learn not to "sweat the small stuff," meaning we shouldn't worry too much about small problems. In this book, he will teach simple ways to stay calm and handle life with more peace.
