You have a choice!
Most people believe they only have two choices when pushed by a client: Cave in (Submission) or snap back (Aggression). Neither builds respect. There is a third option: Leadership. Boundaries do not require you to be harsh; they simply require you to be clear. When you're clear, the client feels safe. Be honest: When you feel pressured, is your default to cave or to snap?

2/9: Pressure I felt: In a team meeting, it was discussed that I need to hit my 10 deal min and I have 0 pending Thought I had: I need to put in more effort than I am currently to get people under contract Feeling I had: I'm scared I'm not capable of meeting the goals I have for myself Action I took: Analyze and reapproach the way I'm using the systems put in place to help me succeed Results I created: Feeling more confident going into my lead gen and production lab goals for the week

Pressure:I needed to help the seller understand the logic of putting E. Wheeling on the market this weekend and keep the timeline moving. Thought:“How would she react if I just told her the photos were scheduled for Wednesday?” Feeling:Anxious, and aware I needed to stay transparent. Action:I slowed down and had a clear conversation about the strategy and timing instead of pushing the plan forward without alignment. Result:We stayed aligned, preserved trust, and kept the timeline moving.
