I've just started studying full-time. To ensure I give myself the best opportunity to learn and retain, my goals are to eat a healthy balanced diet, continue my strength training and sleep for 7-7.5 hours p/night. I also aim to incorporate an outing each Sunday to relax instead of getting stuck doing chores.
