ChatGPT helped me figure out how to set up email forwarding and a ton of stuff I had no clue how to do. Sage, I am still woefully behind in your '30-day' challenge, but I think it's actually starting to come together now. I have a domain and my products uploaded to my website and I just figured out how to make a freebie link yesterday. Actually, I will go post that in the Share Your Freebie. It's not a new freebie, but the link is. :)

For who is still hesitant to send more emails..
I wanted to share some data about my list. I have always send out 1 email a week with links to my new blog posts. Around the beginning of December 2025 I started listening to @Sage Grayson about the number of emails to send and I have been sending 4-5 emails a week since then. I was afraid I would loose a lot of subscribers, but as you can see in the screenshot below I went from 0-1 unsubs a day to 2-3 a day. My opening rates and CTOR stayed consistent. With the 5x of emails I am sending, I think this is amazing proof of people really don't caring that much š¤ So, if you are still doubting the number of emails, this is your sign to just go for it š

I'm still trying to figure out how to set up my emails first, never mind what I would send out! I know it's traditional to send out a guided welcome sequence, but what do you email them after that? Do you sit down and write them every day, or do you have a VA or AI do it? Do you automate them? There's a lot I don't really know about the process, other than the emails I personally open. My favorites are the ones that seem the most personal, not just sales-y.
