Trigger: honestly i did very little today. I thought about lying or not posting, but in the end both those options would make me feel worse. Plus I’m just a shity liar 😅 Action: I did have a call with a business coach and created a link to my schedule to share with my community to book some chat time. I want to talk to each of them 1:1. I realize I’m doing things but I’m not doing THE things. Something for me to sit in and think 🤔 . I also dm’d my buddy and she’s rocking through her todo list.
