🚨 The GIF Journal
Welcome to the lowest-effort journal you’ll ever keep. 🎉 This thread lives here now. Your job? Journal with GIFs. That’s it. No essays. No overthinking. No “let me explain my entire emotional journey first.” Just drop a GIF that captures: • how you showed up • how you’re feeling • your reset moment • or the absolute chaos of the day Think of it like a mini brain dump… but with more dramatic facial expressions. If you ever feel like word vomiting, that’s what we have the Brain Dump category for. Post there. Here ⏩ GIF first, words optional. Pop in whenever. Lurk if you must. Resetters, we express ourselves through GIFs now 🤪. 👇 First entry go!

If you’re here and haven’t read this yet…
📖 Atomic Habits It’s basically: “Stop trying to become a new person overnight.” Tiny shifts. Identity upgrades. No dramatic personality change required. Must read, check it out ⬇️ https://amzn.to/46IU9rd Read 5 pages a day. That’s it. Build slowly. On purpose. Drop a gif if you’ve heard of this book!

Heard of it but haven’t read it :)
If your habits don’t stick, try this ⬇️
The Follow-Through Filter Before you commit to any routine, ask: 1️⃣ Does this fit my real schedule? 2️⃣ Can I do this on a low-energy day? 3️⃣ Would I still do this if motivation disappeared? If the answer isn’t yes to all three… …it’s probably not sustainable. This is where most people unknowingly sabotage their consistency. They build routines for their ideal self instead of their real life. Inside Ground + Grow, we use simple structure to build habits that actually stick — not just look good on paper. Tell me in the comments, what are you putting through this filter?? ✨ Save this for your next reset moment.

Yeah this makes sense… like working around our current habits and/or stacking habits?
Curious about something
Over the past few weeks, we’ve been noticing patterns: Where consistency breaks Where avoidance creeps in Where routines don’t quite fit I’ve been organizing all of this into something more structured behind the scenes. Quick pulse check… Would you be interested in a simple, self-paced framework to help you reset faster when you fall off?

The Milkshake Principle
Most routines don’t fail because they’re ineffective. They fail because they’re quietly miserable to maintain. That’s exactly what I talked about when I guest spoke on a podcast this week with @Raymond Wood — and why my theory the Milkshake Principle matters more than people realize. Because the real question isn’t: 👉 “Is this routine good on paper?” It’s: 👉 Does your current routine actually fit your real life? Go catch the episode in the link below ⬇️ — it might shift how you look at consistency 👀✨ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=urPh7rTuLs0
