Saturday weekend challenge
This weekend, let's focus on the little things that make a big difference. Your challenge: Complete 3 out of 5 by Sunday evening. 💧 Drink at least 8 glasses of water in one day. 🚶 Move your body for 20+ minutes. 🥗 Add a fruit or vegetable to one meal. 😴 Get at least 7 hours of sleep one night. 🌿 Spend 10 minutes doing something that helps you recharge (read, stretch, enjoy nature, meditate, or simply unplug). @Tiarra Cupp I think stopping cirkul because I’ve been having heartburn issues. So regular water is tough to keep up with. So, I think I’m gonna start the cirkul back up. I think it’s deff refilling it.
