What is Rose, Thorn, Bud?
It's a simple premise. Things in life are rarely all good, or all bad. Rose, Thorn, Bud helps you see something from lots of angles so you can evaluate it clearly, Share something from your work in three categories. - Rose (The Success): Highlights, wins, positive aspects, or things that are working well - Thorn (The Challenge): Problems, obstacles, or negative aspects needing improvement. - Bud (The Opportunity): New ideas, areas for growth, potential, or things looking forward to. Now you try.

My Rose: Ian and I shared Clearly ADHD with about 100 friends at The Group Encinitas. Perhaps you were there? My Thorn: I'm starting to feel overwhelmed at the responsibility of all of this. My Bud: The idea of getting to know you all is a genuinely amazing feeling.

Start Here - Welcome to Clearly ADHD
We're so jazzed you're here! Here's what you can do to get started. 🎥 Start by watching this welcome video 🗣️ Then introduce yourself here by using a GIF that describes how your brain feels. 🕺 The third thing you can do is participate. We have body doubling hours on Mondays and Wednesdays. And a weekly Q&A where you can ask Ian and Sam anything you like. The more you put in, the more you will get out. We're in a Beta learning phase right now, trying to understand what it is that you actually need. The more you participate in the community - responding to comments and DMs, starting your own threads, using the content - the better we can make it for you. In the spirit of learning, we may reach out directly or send a survey.

I spent a decade at Google helping leaders get unstuck as a design strategist. Now I help small businesses (with and without ADHD) get unstuck.
